Calculating shipping times: when will I get my order?

 All orders ship within 3 business days when all items are in stock. All items are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Post (Surface).  The length of time it takes for your order to reach you varies by shipping destination:

• In Canada: You should receive your order within 7 days.
• In the United States: Allow up to 14 business days.
• Other International destinations: Allow anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks.

Where is my parcel left if I'm not at home to receive it?

Orders shipped by Expedited Parcel can only be left in what is deemed to be a secure location. If no one is available to accept the package, and if a secure drop-off location is not available, a card will be left advising that the package is waiting to be picked up at the nearest postal outlet.

Returns and Exchanges

We at PHOENIX SOURCE CANADA INC (PSCI) want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it within 30 (thirty) days of shipment, for an exchange of equal value, or we will refund you 90% of the purchase price. (Unfortunately shipping is NOT refundable).

Provided that:

All books and other products must be returned in their original condition, and PSCI reserves the right to verify returned product information before issuing a refund.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and PSCI will not refund return shipping costs.

If for any reason a return is required you must contact our customer service department within 30 days from the shipment date of your order. Upon contacting customer service you will be provided with directions on how to return the product if eligible.

Limitation of Liability - IN NO EVENT WILL PHOENIX SOURCE CANADA INC. BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSSES, INJURY, COSTS OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT. PSCI’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT PLUS SHIPPING CHARGES.

We believe that your personal information deserves protection.

While you can visit PhoenixSourceCanada.com (the "Web Site") without registering or providing any personal information, you will need to provide some information if you want to make a purchase. The personal information requested is necessary to process your order. 

What does PSCI use your personal information for?

PSCI asks for your name, address, email address and other personal information when you purchase online. This information is used to process your orders and to allow us to communicate with you. The information also enables PSCI to customize products or services to better meet your preferences and to offer you products and services from PSCI and other sources that may be of interest to you. PSCI will only email such product offerings with your consent. Your name will be removed promptly from our mailing list at your request.

PSCI may also use personal account information and data collected through your personal identification to generate statistics and aggregate reports for internal use only. These statistics and aggregate reports will not contain any information that could identify you personally.

Does PSCI share any personal information it receives?

PSCI is not in the business of selling customer information to others. PSCI contracts with certain trusted companies to act on our behalf by performing such functions as fulfilling orders, delivering packages and processing credit card payments. Those entities are provided with only the information needed to perform their specific function and they may not use such information for other purposes. They are bound by contract to maintain the confidentiality and security of personal information and are restricted from using such information in any way not expressly authorized by PSCI.

Occasionally we send promotional offers by email to selected groups of PSCI customers for offers from PSCI itself, or for offers where we have joined with another business for such promotions. When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address. Such offers will always contain an unsubscribe option so you may indicate if you do not wish to receive any future offers. You can also opt to receive coupons, exclusive offers, special event invitations, and announcements of new releases.

PSCI reserves the right to co-operate with local, provincial and national officials in any investigation requiring either personal information -- including any personal information provided online through PSCI -- or reports about lawful or unlawful user activities on the Web Site.

PSCI reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. We also reserve the right at any time to disclose any information in an individual's account:

• to satisfy any law, regulation or government request;
• if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to site operation; or
